JSON response was incorrect

  • Hi all, when I run the troubleshooter I'm getting some errors. I've looked through the forum but this one didn't seem to come up: "Was able to connect to the server for bulk background processing but the JSON response was incorrect:"

    Here's a screenshot of the settings page (I've adjusted these from default as I was getting 403 errors, or just infinite hangs. Changing SSL had no noticeable effect): Image link

    Any help would be great.

    So during the test, the test makes an ajax request in the background to your server expecting a very specific response. That it didn't get that response is a problem with your hosting or server setup.

    The point is going to be moot soon because we completely re-engineered the whole batch process for the next release coming this week. Hang tight.
