Can't import .csv into WooCommerce when Media Cloud is Activated.

  • I have to disable my Media Cloud plugin in order to import .csv product files into WooCommerce. If I leave the plugin activated I get an error in WooCommerce that says "file is empty or file is not UTF8". As soon as I try again with Media Cloud deactivated the file imports without issue.

    Any suggestions?


  • I solved the issue by disabling "Upload Documents" in both Cloud Storage and Direct Uploads.

  • Do you have "delete on upload" enabled? Or did you?
