If you can wait a day, I'll send you the development plugin I use to switch between profiles when I am testing. It exports to a json file that you can then bring over another install. But I have to clean it up because it makes a lot of assumptions about environment.

I think there is a bug with "Skip Impored". Turn it off and try again.

You will need to make sure you select the correct region in your settings too as there are now two US East (1 & 2).

So even with 3.1.1 I'm still able to see the jpeg in the certificate.

I'm pushing an update that fixes the font thing, but I definitely can't replicate your issue with the jpeg background.

I am using LearnDash 3.0.7, is there a newer version? Yes, 3.1.1.

Looks like a new region and it looks like they got rid of us-east-1 or are not allowing people to create buckets in it anymore.
